Strawberry Dragon Fruit Sorbet

  • food processor
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream the thick part
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a container or ice cub tray and place it in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze until solid, typically around 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove the mixture from the freezer and cut it into manageable pieces. Transfer the frozen pieces to a food processor and process until scoopable. Be careful not to over process during this step.
  • Scoop the creamy into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
