Instructions
In a large bowl combine coconut cream, matcha powder, and your choice of sweetener. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze until solid, typically around 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, remove the mixture from the freezer and cut it into manageable pieces. Transfer the frozen pieces to a food processor and process until crumbly. Be careful not to over process during this step.
Scoop the creamy Matcha Ice Cream into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
