Ingredients
  

  • 1 13.5 oz can coconut cream
  • 4-5 tsp matcha powder add more or less depending on how strong you like the matcha
  • 3-4 tsp maple syrup add more or less depending on your sweetness level

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine coconut cream, matcha powder, and your choice of sweetener. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze until solid, typically around 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove the mixture from the freezer and cut it into manageable pieces. Transfer the frozen pieces to a food processor and process until crumbly. Be careful not to over process during this step.
  • Scoop the creamy Matcha Ice Cream into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!

    Whip it up some? To make it creamy

      Hi Jill, I have personally never tried it before. Using it to mix it would work but Im not sure after it’s been frozen. Let me know if you try it.
