Yogurt Berry Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yogurt I used dairy-free
  • 1 cup fruit I used a mix of berries and slices of banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen kale and spinach cubes optional
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or choice of sweetener optional
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the unsweetened yogurt, dairy-free milk, berries, and optional kale and spinach cubes. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice to taste.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle milds, leaving a little space for expansion.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later.
