1/4cupdairy-free milk
Instructions
In a blender, combine the unsweetened yogurt, dairy-free milk, berries, and optional kale and spinach cubes. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice to taste.
Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture intopopsicle milds, leaving a little space for expansion.
Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until frozen.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later.
