Sweetener of your choice (optional, such as maple syrup, honey, or sugar, adjust to taste)

  3. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later.
Substitutes

Yogurt: Feel free to use Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or any other yogurt of your choice.

Berries: Experiment with different combinations of berries or use other fruits such as mango, pineapple, or peaches.

Kale and Spinach: If you’re not a fan of greens, you can omit them altogether or substitute with other veggies like cucumber or avocado for added creaminess. My little one can’t even tell I added this.

Sweetener: Customize the sweetness level to your preference or omit it entirely if you prefer a tangier flavor.

Homemade yogurt popsicles are not only a delicious summer treat but also a healthy alternative to store-bought options. By making them yourself, you have full control over the ingredients, allowing you to create personalized flavors that suit your taste buds.

Plus, here’s a tip: you don’t even need to freeze the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds if you prefer a portable option. Simply pour the mixture into yogurt pouches and chill them in the fridge for a grab-and-go snack that’s perfect for picnics or lunchboxes.

So why not beat the heat with a batch of these refreshing popsicles? Get creative with your ingredients and enjoy a guilt-free indulgence that’s sure to cool you down on even the hottest of days.
