In honor of the first official day of autumn I am sharing this creamy Pumpkin Pie Dip with you! Made with only 5 gluten-free ingredients you can have this dreamy dip whipped up in 10 minutes. Pair it with your favorite ingredients and make the perfect fall grazing board.

Ingredients for this Recipe

8 ounces of plain dairy-free cream cheese – For this dip I used Trader Joes dairy-free cream cheese. If you do not have a Trader Joes near you I also recommend Kite Hill dairy-free cream cheese. You can find the brand Kit Hill at whole foods. If you are not dairy-free regular cream cheese will also taste wonderful.

Brown Sugar– Don’t have brown sugar? I recommend using coconut sugar instead. Normally I like to substitute sugar with maple syrup however, I do not recommend doing that for this recipe. It will not make the dip as creamy and fluffy.

Pumpkin Puree– For the pumpkin puree I used Libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin from a can. Any kind of pumpkin from a can will work great. I just recommend that you make sure that it says 100% pumpkin without any preservatives. Some other brands that I like using are Trader Joes Organic Canned Pumpkin and 365 Organic Pumpkin Puree from Whole Foods.

Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice – I highly recommend that you do add this to your dip. I recommend using ½ teaspoon for the dip. If you want it to be even more flavorful add a little more. I just would not recommend adding more than 1 teaspoon each.

To make sure this dip was creamy I used a hand held mixture for about 30 seconds. If you don’t have a hand held mixture a stand mixture will also work really well. If you don’t have either, no worries! Just use a whisk and mix it really well until it is smooth and fluffy.

Looking to make your own fall grazing board?

I made my grazing board with Pumpkin Pie Dip with sliced apples, Trader Joe’s Old Fashioned Cinnamon Grahams, Back to Nature Cranberry Hazelnut Hemp Seed Crackers, and pumpkin seeds. The options for pairings for this board are endless. Here are some great pairings that would compliment this creamy dip.

Figs

Pears

Grapes

Dried Fruit

Nuts

Dark Chocolate

Cookies

Sweet Popcorn

How long will this Pumpkin Pie Dip Last?

This dip will last in an airtight container for 3-5 day in the refrigerator. I just don’t recommend sprinkling any garnishes, like pumpkin seeds on top of your dip if you are saving it for later.

This Pumpkin Pie Dip is:

Fluffy

Creamy

Kid Friendly

Gluten-Free

Filled with Pumpkin Spice

If you make this Pumpkin Pie Dip I would love it if you would snap a photo of it and share it with me on instagram @itsallgoodvegan.com. I can’t wait to see how you like it!
