Can you believe that pasta dates back past the 13th Century? For such an old food, it’s amazing to not only see it around today, but see it thriving throughout many cultures. Between the hundreds of noodle types and seemingly limitless sauces, there’s a favorite out there for everyone. A fun fact about how pasta’s popularity grew here in America; Thomas Jefferson, while spending some time in Paris, had macaroni and loved it so much that he decided to bring a few cases back to the US. Never would have guessed it!
Its extremely hard for a foodie like me to pick a favorite, but if you’re going to force me I’ll have to go with Pasta Con Broccoli!

CREAMY CAJUN PASTA WITH SEASONED CHICKPEAS

My favorite is definitely the Sun dried tomato pasta. So rich creamy satisfying with just the right amount of kick. Delicious!
Anxious to try the Cajun chickpea pasta.
